Kevin Hart’s second solo stand-up DVD was recorded live in Cleveland earlier this year at Playhouse Square. It aired on Comedy Central as a Shaq presents performance recently, and now it’s available on DVD. I took pictures that night for Kevin and the production company for the project.
Kevin did two sets that night and during the second show, several Cleveland Cavaliers members came backstage to say “hi” to Kevin. Through it all, I was covering the stand-up performances, backstage antics, and any other surprises that happened.
Photos I took have been published on the back cover of the DVD and I actually ended up making several (accidental) appearances in some bonus video footage on the DVD too.
I wanted to share some pics here until you can go and buy your own!

More updates soon!!
Thank you!!

Recently, for my birthday, I took a a few days to check out the Hocking Hills area in Ohio. I had never been there and had no idea quite how beautiful and peaceful it actually was. Although my first time kayaking down a non-moving river was a bit more work than anticipated, the time spent there was well worth it.
Since the summer is a very busy time for me, I want to take a few moments to share a few pictures I took while I was there… this should be a nice interim blog to tide everyone over until things get “normal” crazy again so I can share more and post proper updates. In the meantime I hope everyone is enjoying the summer!
On that note, enjoy a small taste of Hocking Hills…

Jason Derulo was recently in town for an exclusive KISS FM concert at BarRoom in downtown Cleveland. The Elvis Duran radio show crew was in from NYC to host the event. Jason was great and happens to be an amazing dancer, which I didn’t expect. He was good enough not to knock me out with his moves although I was definitely in the way. The Elvis Duran show members were fun and very cool as well. So the event as a whole was nothing less than a blast!
There are pictures in various places online but I wanted to share a few pictures here as well and I’ll show you how to find more. I also included one of the amazing KISS crew who made the event possible and one photo at the end of the night of Jason & I (I was told I sometimes need to be on the other end of the camera, thanks Jeff).
You can read a press release about the event HERE!
And over 100 more of my photos (along with some station shots) are up on the KISS FM website.
Please check out Elvis Duran and the Morning Show and Jason Derulo too!!
Thanks!!

Happy Almost March (already!),
I wanted to share some recent highlights for the beginning of 2010!
I recently did new photos for a variety of Clear Channel Radio shows and websites including Rover’s Morning Glory, the Alan Cox Show, WMMS, and KISS. Here are some samples of how the photos are being used at the moment (more to come soon) and also links to where you can see them in action.
Link to see these photos online here:

I also took part in this year’s High School Rock Off at the House of Blues. I took pictures of the finalists prior to the Final Exam. The photos most likely will not be posted anywhere online but you can read all about the bands, finalists, and winners here: http://www.cleveland.com/rockoff/
I hope you enjoy the pictures and I’ll have more for you soon!
Thanks!

Happy Holidays friends! I hope everyone is enjoying some time off with friends and family!
Although I don’t subscribe to the tradition of sending out holiday letters, annual recaps, or New Years resolutions, I thought it’d be fun to write a quick recap of this year with some positive “must-do’s” for 2010.
I am thankful that I was able to be a part of a lot of cool things this year including:
- Participation in an art show at 2nd April Gallerie where I met some incredibly talented artists and new friends
- Released my second book, ‘Abandoned’ and put it online for public release
- Was published for the first time in Billboard and King magazines, along with other repeat appearances in a multitude of magazines, newspapers, and websites
- Published online in multiple exclusive live concert photo galleries on the WMMS website
- Worked with several amazing new clients on multiple day events including Ohio Natural Gas and EMI Records as well as several others that I look forward to working with again soon
- Updated and regularly renovated amyweiser.com
- Purchased some fun (incredibly sharp and amazing) new lenses and equipment that will be essential moving forward
I look forward to 2010 and although I have many ideas and plans I can say that I would like to officially re-release my New York City photo book with a bunch of additional new images, participate in several art shows, and challenge myself in new ways every day. I look forward to sharing these exciting projects with you and appreciate your feedback, comments, and support. Thanks for your support in 2009 and always!!
Happy holidays and happy new year!!
